really great experience
attentive staff excellent cocktails
I found the staff to be very attentive. marcus made excellent cocktails at the bar in reception! i particularly enjoyed the hotel's short walk to fig tree bay beach. the food was lovely. The bed was huge and very comfortable.
the hotel parking was not enough for the hotel size. it was difficult to access. i think they need to work on that.

the reception staff was helpful and cheerful. mikela on reception further brightened up my day every time i saw her. i appreciated her help and lovely chats.

limited food selection uncomfortable bed
The food selection dwindled each day, i noticed this as my half-board stay went on. It was disappointing. serving beer in a plastic cup felt cheap and detracted from the experience. the bed was also quite uncomfortable. It caused back problems i usually don't have.

Fantastic Beachfront Stay
beach access free sunbeds food variety friendly bartenders
I really liked the direct access to the beautiful beach. The hotel offered its own free sunbeds near the walkway to the beach.. it was very convenient. I enjoyed the variety of food. The kitchen staff did a good job. The bartenders were friendly and quick.
The beds were just single beds pushed together, so they moved easily.

This hotel has an excellent beachfront location.. several shops and restaurants are conveniently situated behind the hotel. The sea is so close to the hotel and the bus stop is very close, with easy access around the area.

The hotel includes a pool bar with friendly bartenders. I found that there were plenty of sunbeds near the pool. The hotel provides free beach sunbeds just across a walkway, a very nice bonus.

The rooms are clean and well kept. Fresh towels were provided regularly . The air conditioning in the room worked perfectly. It was crucial for comfort during the hot days.

great location pleasant space dirty bed soap refill
The location IS amazing, right on the beach. It was very convenient. The hotel also had free sunbeds near the beach. The outside area of the restaurant provided a pleasant space for breakfast and dinner.
Upon arrival, I noticed hair on the beds. The following day, my bed was made. The bathroom was not cleaned and towels were not changed. They only refilled the soap. The plumbing was HORRIBLE. Water temperature kept changing during showers.
